21-Jan-07 After completing a successful and pain-free training period, and the first competition in 9 months (Croatian national championships), Idora participated on the winter Universiade in Torino, which wouldn't be possible without the Croatian Olympic committee and Croatian skating union, who gave her and her team great support during the last years. She placed 16th after a reserved short program, but after an excellent free skating program where she took 6th place and ended up 8th in the overall standings.
"I believe I would be the main candidate for a medal if I skated right on the first day , but since I haven't, I ended up lower than expected."
16-Nov-06 Idora has finally started training in July, after three months of rehabilitation. The training started in Celje (Slo) where a skating camp has been organized, and resumed in Zagreb, along with the rest of Croatia's national team.
